Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Express Post Delivery is $14.95 on all hire garments.

We Deliver Australia-Wide.

Should you be concerned about delivery times contact us directly via hire@renascencestudio.com.au 

We are happy to have you pick up in-store. You can secure your order online and select ‘Pick up in-store’ at checkout. We will then email you to arrange a time to collect your order from our Melbourne Studio located at 346 Williamstown Road, Yarraville, VIC. 3013.

Order Fulfilment

Your Order will be delivered via Express Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email when it has been dispatched.

Your Order will be dispatched to arrive on or before your selected delivery date.

Returning Your Order

Your Order will be accompanied by a prepaid Express Post satchel for the return of your garment. Please ensure that you place your garment/s inside the self-addressed satchel and drop it at your nearest Post Office

Opening Times

Support is available Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm AEST. Any questions or feedback will be responded to during these hours. Support is not available on weekends or public holidays.
